This session is a collaboration between nephrology and internal medicine designed to highlight common symptoms experienced by end stage renal disease patients, and highlight creative options and solutions from both a hospice and palliative care perspective. It will be interactive, designed to foster discussion around these topics and give attendees an opportunity to exchange practice ideas
