This presentation will examine the experiences of “dual-duty caregivers”—health care professionals who also have the daunting task of being a primary caregiver when they’re not at work. We will share stories and examine the ways in which our personal and professional lives have been impacted by this complex interaction. Attendees will be encouraged to discuss their experiences in small group formats and also share with the larger group to the degree they feel comfortable.
