This 84-year legacy ensures that we continue to provide top-quality care, whether in the comfort of your own home through our Home Health Care and Hospice services, or within our dedicated residential facility.

This event is a brief conversation about our services & unique offerings followed by a Q&A, so come prepared with questions and/or suggestions. Don't miss this chance to connect with the people behind our impactful work. 

Presenters: 

● Jeff Thorne, President & CEO 

Jeff Thorne is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. Since 2022,he has served as the President and CEO of Our Lady of Peace, a non-profit Catholic hospice and home health care provider in Saint Paul. In this role, he leads a team dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in the organization's hospice residence and in patients' homes. Previously, he held leadership positions at several prominent senior care organizations, and he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas. 

● Jane Danner, MA, LSW, LALD Director of Operations 

Jane has worked in health care for over 35 years. Jane has a Masters degree in Health and Human Services Administration and is a Licensed Social Worker. Jane has served in leadership roles for the Minnesota Department of Health, with the majority of her career being with non-profit organizations serving older adults in acute care, long-term care, assisted living, home care, adult day programs, and PACE programs. Jane has a reputation for being an energetic leader in healthcare with expert knowledge to directly equip leaders to lead strategic initiatives and policy, and change initiatives that promote health equity. Jane is active as a member of the Minnesota Board on Aging and the Minnesota Palliative Care Advisory Council. 

● Denise Borglund, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Services 

A dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience across hospice,home care, palliative care, and occupational health. Known for delivering dignified, patient‑centered care and for leading clinical teams with clarity, empathy, and excellence. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Services at Our Lady of Peace Residential Hospice, providing strategic clinical oversight, collaborating with interdisciplinary staff, and advancing quality initiatives across the organization. With astrong foundation in patient centered hospice care, she brings a steady, mission driven approach to supporting patients, families, and care teams through complex and meaningful moments in the continuum of care. 

● Lindsey Pelletier, RN, BSN, Director of Community Hospice & Home Health Care 

 Lindsey received her BSN from York University in Toronto Canada after an initial career in youth ministry. She worked in intensive care and cardiac care before beginning her work in hospice in 2013. She has held a variety of roles at Our Lady of Peace including RN Case Manager, Community Education Liaison, Performance Improvement Coordinator, Community Hospice Nursing Supervisor and is now the Director of Community Hospice and Home Health Care. She is passionate about seeking to provide the highest quality in hospice care in addition to providing end of life education to the broader community
