Jess received her BSN from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse. She worked as an inpatient and surgical nurse before beginning her work in hospice. She has been a case manager and team lead since 2021. Jess is passionate about providing education to patients, families, and staff to promote the highest level of care and comfort at the end of life.
