Megan Druckrey, MT-BC is board certified music therapist who has worked for Allina Health Hospice in the Twin Cities since 2008. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Augsburg College and has finished her coursework in the Master of Music Therapy program at Augsburg University. She finds music therapy in end-of-life care a rewarding and sacred way to hold space for patients and families as they process tough health diagnoses and consider life and death issues. Megan is also an internship supervisor with Allina Health, has guest lectured at Augsburg University, Minneapolis Community and Technical College, Saint Mary-of-the-Wood’s College, and has presented on a variety of topics at local and national music therapy and hospice conferences. Megan also served as Vice President of the Music Therapy Association of Minnesota from 2018-2020, and later as member-at-large.
