Jenn has been a nurse for nearly 20 years delivering care in various settings including the emergency center, home care and hospice. Prior to her work as program manager for Park Nicollet Hospice, she worked for Excela Health Homecare and Hospice in Pennsylvania growing and serving in different roles including supervisor, manager and director. In all her leadership roles, she has been accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, positive quality assessment and performance improvement outcomes as well as managing complex audit processes.
