Michael Pinchback MD, HMDC obtained his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He then completed residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. His clinical experience includes ambulatory care, geriatrics, and hospice and he has held positions in quality improvement and utilization management. He is board certified in Family Medicine and by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board and has been the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Our Lady of Peace Residential Hospice, Community Hospice, and Home Care since 2016. In this role, he provides medical supervision of the entire census and manages all GIP patients in the inpatient setting of Our Lady of Peace. He enjoys the connections made with those who entrust their end of life care to the organization.

He is currently in the final year of his Healthcare MBA program at the University of Saint Thomas, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
