Chelsie Plath has worked in aging services for 20 years and joined Grace Hospice in May 2023. She has dedicated years serving aging adults in long-term care and the community, while advocating for the holistic well-being of every individual. She continues to advocate for equal access to healthcare for all, serving in an equitable and sensitive practice, and attending to the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of patients and staff. Chelsie enjoys finding joy with her husband and daughter and a good book.
