Patty Ryan has worked in the aging services field for over 20 years and joined Grace Hospice 2 years ago. She established an adult day program in North Minneapolis in 2012 to serve diverse populations of various economic backgrounds. She is passionate about breaking down the barriers to healthcare resource access for all seniors. She is currently the chair of the Advancing Equity Committee and leads all DEI initiatives on the strategic plan at Grace Hospice. Patty is eager to take Hospice care to the next level in the world of diversity, equity and inclusion and is constantly seeking opportunities to move the needle forward. She enjoys listening to others and spending time in nature and with her dog, Bruce.
