Deb Van Buren has a BA in Communications from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. She has had the opportunity to work in the hospice world for over 11 years as their Volunteer Services Manager and I have learned so much about leadership and learning during my tenure. I have incorporated some fresh approaches to volunteer development and retention that I would be more than willing to share with other volunteer leaders as we continue our volunteer base following complications we encountered during and following Covid.
