Kelly Cooke, DO is the Medical Director of ProHealth Care’s Palliative Medicine Department. She is board certified in hospice & palliative medicine. Dr. Cooke is a graduate of the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences- Osteopathic Medical School. She completed her palliative medicine fellowship at Rush University in Illinois and medical oncology fellowship at Scott & White in Texas. She is active in both of her professional specialty organizations: American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and American Society of Clinical Oncology. She is part of a grassroots effort with Wisconsin’s Serious Illness and Caregiving Coalition.
