This presentation provides hospice programs in Minnesota with the background and guidance surrounding the coverage of medical supplies when serving patients who reside in the nursing facility/skilled nursing facility (NF/SNF). This presentation aims to explain the coverage guide, the statutes, implications to nonadherence, and how hospice programs and nursing homes can best partner in this process.  We are most appreciative that leadership staff from DHS will be joining this panel to provide clarity and respond to your questions!!
