Kim Brenne is the Audit Director in the Aging and Disability Services Administration of the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). In this capacity Kim manages the Medicaid nursing facility rate-setting operations and provider compliance audits. She is also involved in the legislative process on issues relating to nursing facility (NF) rates and policy. Ms. Brenne joined DHS in 2006 after working for many years in the health care industry in Minnesota. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Master of Public Administration from Hamline University.
