Understanding how grief is experienced promotes relationships and structures that support grieving people. Grief literacy furthers understanding of this universal experience of healing and the role of practitioners and compassionate communities in normalizing and validating the process.

  • Identify 3 different common grief trajectories that can inform supportive interventions.
