Rachel Bialostosky, MSW, LICSW is a transplant from Philadelphia who has called Minneapolis home for the last 17 years. She has served as a palliative care social worker for 10 years working in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her trainings include completing the University of MN Palliative Care Clinical Social Work Fellowship, Meaning Centered Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for patients with cancer and Narrative Exposure Therapy.
