Can I pay by check?

Please make your checks payable to Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care and send them to 15623 Normandy Ln, Minnetonka, MN 55345

Please add "2024 Spring Conference" on the memo line along with the name of the attendee(s).

All Checks must be received within 2 weeks of registration or registration will be cancelled.

 

Where is the Conference being held?

The conference will be held at Radisson Blu at Mall of America located in Bloomington, Minnesota. For more information, click here.

 

Does the 2024 MNHPC Annual Conference have a virtual option?

This year's annual conference will be fully held in-person. There is no virtual option.

 

Where do I book my hotel room for the conference?

Use this link to book your hotel room at Radisson Blu for the 2024 MNHPC Annual Conference. You are on your own for booking your stay for the conference, but if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to the MNHPC Registration Team at info@laclaregroup.com. 

Note: Parking is an extra fee, not included in the room rate.

What if I have to cancel my registration?

Registration fees are non-refundable, however name changes will be allowed. If you are unable to attend, please email info@laclaregroup.com by April 1, 2024 with the name of the person that will be attending in your place.
