The Essential Palliative Care Summit will be held virtually, right here on the summit website. There is no in-person option.

Continuing Education contact hours will be distributed for this event. MNHPC Members Group Registration Options

For this year's MNHPC Virtual Summit, we have added great group registration options for our MNHPC Members! See the available options below.

All attendees attending through a group registration should be a part of the same member organization as the primary person of contact.

These savings are a benefit for being an MNHPC member. Have one primary person of contact to register, choose which group option you prefer, then a member from the MNHPC Virtual Summit team will reach out to get the additional names that are part of your group registration and share next steps.
