Can I pay by check?

Please make your checks payable to Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care and send them c/o The LaClare Group,

Please add "2025 Spring Conference" on the memo line along with the name of the attendee(s).

**All Checks must be received within 2 weeks of registration or registration will be cancelled.

 

Where is the Conference being held?

The conference will be held at Radisson Blu at Mall of America located in Bloomington, Minnesota. For more information, click here.

 

Does the 2025 MNHPC Annual Conference have a virtual option?

This year's annual conference will be fully held in-person. There is no virtual option.

What if I have to cancel my registration?

Registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes are allowed.
